I was cleaning off the top of the china cabinet when I found it, the last vestige of Glowie. She is a mass produced singing seahorse, but Peyton grew attached to her. Jake and I bought at least three, and grandparents bought some too. For the first 2 1/2 years of his life, Glowie was Peyton's best friend. He liked his pacies too. Anyway, when we would put him to bed, he'd have Glowie and paci; they were necessities. Jake and I spent countless hours searching for her when she'd go missing. If Peyton didn't think of her, we'd speak in code of her whereabouts (have you seen the G-L-O?)
When Peyton moved to a big boy bed, Glowie started being a chew toy. I washed her 'body' many times. But eventually, Glowie started to lose her grip on Peyton. We were very happy, as she took three double A batteries nearly every week. She is completely our of his life now, like the paci, only a memory.
Fondest Memory: When we brought TJ home from the hospital, Peyton gave TJ the Glowie. awwwwwwwwwwwwww

How strange you found her seeing as we were just talking about her missing the other day
